• Parent/guardian details: name, email address, mobile phone number, and billing information.

• Child/attendee details: child's first name, age, allergies and dietary restrictions, emergency contact, and authorized pickup persons. *(Provided by the parent/guardian.)*

• Booking & purchase details: classes or events booked, gift certificate purchases, and payment records.

• Communications: messages you send us by form, email, or text.

Information collected automatically:

• Device, browser, and usage information, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the Site (see Section 6).

Payment information: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Register children/attendees and manage class, camp, party, and event bookings;

• Process payments and gift certificate purchases;

• Send booking confirmations, schedule and appointment reminders, safety/allergy follow-ups, and customer-care responses;

• Send marketing and promotional messages about classes, programs, and offers where you have opted in;

• Keep children safe (allergy management, authorized pickup, emergency contact);

3. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

When you provide your mobile phone number through our website forms, booking pages, or in person, you may opt in to receive text messages from Kid's Rule Cooking School. These may include:

• Transactional/account messages: booking confirmations, class and appointment reminders, schedule changes, and customer-care replies; and

• Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in): promotions, new class announcements, and program updates.

Kid's Rule serves children, but our Site and online forms are intended to be used by parents and legal guardians, not by children directly. We collect a child's information (such as first name, age, and allergies) from the parent/guardian for the purpose of safely providing classes and camps. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM/automation and website platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector) and our payment processor (Stripe), under agreements that limit their use of your data;

• Legal/safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the safety of a child, staff, or others.

As stated in Section 3, SMS opt-in/consent data is never shared with third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage so we can improve. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
